ALL TOURNAMENTS DATES WILL BE FINALISED AT THE ISKA AGM HELD ON THE 31ST JANUARY 2010.  DATES WILL BE POSTED SHORTLY AFTERWARDS.

Tournaments require physical and mental preparation and training, and it forces you to confront and overcome your fears and anxieties in an enviroment that's alot safer than your average corner street fight!
